The EnviroSMART system consists of multiple sensors at multiple sites, continuously monitoring soil moisture content. Information collected at each site is tranmsitted to a central data collection point ( EIT Base Station ). Information from the Base Station can be uploaded via cable, telephone or GSM links for analysis to provide strategic management information for irrigation scheduling. EnviroSMART systems provided a clear, continuous picture of water management in the root zone and use of water by the crop. By default, therefore, it can indicate where fertilizer applications have been transported, whether to the root zone or wasted below the root zone. EnviroSMART technology has become the system of choice for many of the world's leading growers.

TriSCAN Trials Expand to EasyAG

With the continuing trials of the TriSCAN sensor through a range of researchers, Sentek are proud to announce that the TriSCAN sensors will now also be available in an EasyAG format. EasyAG is an easy to install and cost effective solution and now with the capability of tracking fertilizer and salinity, the new EasyAG with TriSCAN sensors is set to create major global interest for the shallow rooted crop market.
